packages everything into a single zip with one click for support bug
reports.Verified across 4 phases (independent gsd-verifier audits, all PASSED):

- Phase 2: Stabilize export pipeline (4 plans)
- Phase 3: SPEC §10 smoke + DOM/event-log verification (5 plans)
