docs(08): fresh prescriptive 08-RESEARCH.md (Round 7, post-decision-lock)

Replaces the 6 exploratory dive docs (archived) with a single prescriptive
implementation guide informed by all 26 locked decisions. ~1937 lines.

Standard sections per plan-phase contract: Standard Stack, Architecture
Patterns, Don't Hand-Roll (13 items), Common Pitfalls (12), Code Examples
(10 verbatim snippets). Plus Phase-8 specific: File Inventory with analog
paths, AP-4 Byte-Freeze Implications (3 EXCEPTION docs identified),
Validation Gates per plan 8-1/8-2/8-3.

Primary production reference: firebase_database/windows PR #18079
(Google, March 2026). Threading discipline per Stuart Morgan + plus_plugins
PR #834 lifecycle lessons. D-08-13 Variant B (PostMessage marshal) +
mandatory mutex + shared_ptr safety primitives baked in.
